SoNo 1420’s immersive experience vividly narrates a unique whiskey aging process aboard the oyster-harvesting boats of Copps Island Oysters. Viewers are transported to the heart of the action, feeling the spray of the ocean and witnessing the meticulous aging process of whiskey barrels at sea, encapsulated through the Apple Vision Pro’s lens. The distillery’s unique, sea-based whiskey aging process has been featured on TV, as part of News 12’s “Made in Connecticut” series.
